Weight loss and coffee, do they go together? I can hear some of you groaning already. I mean, what could be better than a nice cup of coffee in the morning and here I am suggesting that it can hinder your weight loss efforts? So to make the query clear: will coffee help you to lose weight or gain weight? de facto the same query can be applied to any number of other caffeine-laden drinks, along with diet sodas.

Now, for the answer. I have good news for you and I have bad news for you. First, the bad news is that caffeine can prevent you from losing weight and can even cause you to gain weight. But the good news is that, if you use it right, you can get around this problem.
